The Evergreen Design Center is located in two beautiful historic buildings in central Evergreen, Colorado.

The main building was the original barn for the Hiwan Homestead, a 30 thousand acres cattle ranch. The barn was built to house the ranch’s nationally known stud bull, H.W. R Helmsman worth 67 thousand dollars in 1942. The Design Center’s second building is the original bunkhouse for the ranch, built in 1927. These historic buildings have been owned by the La Montagne Family for the last 25 years.
